QUALITY ASSURANCE

GENERAL INFORMATION
4	The customers for whom we are doing the fabrication work are almost following the ISO Systems.
4	As per our Customer’s and ISO requirement we keep the relevant records.
4	Quality Assurance :- As and when required we carry out the internal inspection and accordingly record is maintained. Few of our internal inspection forms are mentioned here.
	i)	M I I R ( Material Inward Inspection Report )
	ii)	M I R ( Material Identification Report )
	iii)	I R ( Inspection Report ( Stage Wise ) )
	iv)	F I R ( Final Inspection Report )
4	Vendor Development :- If necessary we off load the work to our Vendors and inspection of the same is carried out in their premises as well as after the receipt of material at our end.
4	We have qualified welders and we do take regular test for welding as per procedure relevant to international standards.
4	Consumables / Inputs :- We use only approved inputs / Consumables like welding electrodes, filler wires, argon gas, etc.
4	Our machinery used for fabrication is calibrated & calibration is done regularly. Accordingly up to date calibration record is maintained.
4	We regularly do the fabrication work under third party inspection like TCS, UDHE, LLOYDS, QUEST etc.
